Women's Basketball stays inside NCCAA Top 10
WATERTOWN, Wis. --- The Sabercats Women's Basketball team have remained inside the Top 10 rankings of Division II for the National Christian College Athletic Association (NCCAA) for each rankings week so far this season.
MBU is slated sixth and currently hold a record of 3-4 after posting wins over Faith Baptist (twice) and Ozark Christian.
The Sabercats are the only team from the North Region that are ranked, as they have beaten regional opponents Faith Baptist (Iowa) on two occasions.
Maranatha will look to keep their Top 10 showings consistent until the postseason, which they will start on their home floor Feb. 23-25 for the North Regional Tournament.
The Sabercats are in action on the home floor tonight against the Regents of Rockford University. Tip-off is set for 5:00 p.m.
