GREENVILLE, S.C. -- Callie Morrison hit 1,000 career points last week, leading Maranatha to wins over Emmaus and Lincoln Christian in the process.
The Junior from Jefferson, Wisconsin averaged 20 points, 6.5 rebounds, and 4.5 assists on the week as Maranatha beat Emmaus 65-63 and Lincoln Christian 84-69. Morrison hit the 1,000-points mark in the third quarter against Lincoln Christian, putting in a free throw for the big moment.
Morrison currently leads the team with 15.4 points per game and 4.8 assists per game. This marks the third weekly NCCAA award in Morrison's career and the second one in 2020-21.
