ANKENY, Iowa -- The Sabercats Women's Basketball team has earned the #1 seed and a bye into the semifinal for the 2021 NCCAA North Region Women's Basketball Tournament, hosted next weekend at Faith Baptist Bible College in Ankeny, Iowa.
The NCCAA announced that the 2021 North Region Women's Basketball Tournament will be a seven-team, single-elimination format, with the winner advancing to the 2021 NCCAA DII National Tournament held March 11-13 at Ozark Christian College in Joplin, Missouri. The Sabercats have earned the #1 seed and a bye into the semifinal on Friday at 5 p.m. Central against the winner of #4 Emmaus and #5 Faith.
