Career plans/dreams/ideas?

"I would love to be in marketing somewhere, preferably for Trek Bikes. Further down the road, I want to open my own airplane maintenance shop back home."

Who is somebody you admire, and why?

"My grandpa Jim Gustavson. He's the smartest man I know and has been supportive of me every step of the way."

If you were an animal what would you be, and why?

"Definitely a turtle. One, because they're my favorite animal. And two, because you might think turtles are slow, but they're very purposeful and methodical. They do what they need to in their own time but can go pretty fast when they need to."

"I say a quick prayer before I take the field."

What attracts you to MBU?

"The relationships. I have found some of my best friends here at school and we all push each other to be better both on and off the field."

NON-FRESHMEN: What's a great MBU memory on the field/court?

"I made a sliding catch in left field my sophomore year with my whole family in the stands. Definitely the best play I've ever made."

NON-FRESHMEN: What's a great MBU memory off the field/court?

"Staying up late playing video games and talking in my dorm room. There were probably 10 of us in there just talking about the stupidest stuff and laughing our heads off. I think we stayed up until like 3 a.m. or something."
