Background
Fiocchi was a mainstay in the Maranatha Women's Volleyball program as a player, playing four years as a setter and earning NCCAA DII All-America honors twice. Fiocchi led the team to four consecutive NCCAA DII National Tournament appearances, capturing three NCCAA DII Midwest Region titles, before joining the coaching staff.
Fiocchi does more than coach during the season, as she has helped with Maranatha's volleyball camp (2011-present), and has gone on two volleyball missions trips (Guam and Hawaii).
