"A squirrel (it was a nickname given before I had braces due to my front teeth) and it just stuck. (well, a couple of years)."

Career plans/dreams/ideas?

"Youth pastor at a church. Also teaching at a Christian school, possibly coaching basketball."

Who is somebody you admire, and why?

"Zach Mueller. He has inspired me and taught me so much with his Godly example and amazing friendship. We connected well at Camp Joy and his leadership and lessons on life have been such a help to me."

If you were an animal what would you be, and why?

"A panther. Quiet most of the time, but then he can be aggressive when he wants to be."

What attracts you to MBU?

"The people. The attitude of the students towards spiritual things in turn shapes the campus. They reach out and invest in you, from students to faculty and staff. I've been blessed to know amazing people who have invested in me and supported me. I've made several good friends and can't wait to see what else God has in store for me.

I love the school spirit and how the leaders get involved with their students. I love the culture. I love the priorities and balance of issues they take. I love (usually) the high level of academics too."
