WATERTOWN, WIS. -- After a close first quarter, the Trinity International University Trojans pulled away in Watertown tonight, winning 76-43.

Callie Morrison led Maranatha with 28 points, bringing her career total to 1,230 - good enough to tie her older sister, Kristin (Morrison) DeLozier for 8th all-time in program history. Taylor Hibicke led the Trojans with 20 points.

STORY

Callie Morrison kept the Trojans guessing early on by scoring eight points in the first quarter and setting up easy chances down low for Katelyn Morrison and Sarah RogersCallie hit a deep jumper to tie the game at eight, but a 12-5 run for the Trojans closed out the quarter. Trinity International 20, Maranatha 13.

From there, the rest of the game didn't vary in its narrative. The Trojans steadily pulled away, shooting at a clip of 50 percent on the night. Trinity held the rebounding advantage of 40-20 in the game, but the game was won and lost based on the shooting, as Trinity's precision ushered in the win.

Callie was the Sabercats' go-to on the night, as she went 13-23 from the floor and 2-2 from the line for her 28-point night. She also nabbed five steals, moving her past the 200-steals mark for her four-year career.
