WATERTOWN , Wis. -- It was a rout from start to finish, as the Sabercats shelled the Andrews University Cardinals 10-0 on a day the Sabercats will remember.

Mallory Willette scored her first career hat-trick and Danelle Habegger and Esther Bishop both scored their first collegiate goals.

STORY

Schroeder notched her 10th goal of the season off a nice through pass from Lauren Schmidt in the opening minutes. Schroeder ran into the left side of the box before dipping a shot into the right corner for the early lead. Just a couple of minutes later, Willette scored her first in style, scoring straight off a corner kick for the 2-0 lead:

Megan Prigge scored her first of two goals next, nailing the lift corner off a short pass from Willette:

Willette set up the next one, too, as Amelia Schroeder buried a chance right where Prigge had placed hers:

Then before halftime, Willette and Prigge had both added their second goals of the game and the Sabercats had full control at halftime, holding Andrews scoreless and shot-less after 45 minutes.

Willette quickly completed her hat trick about 10 minutes into the second half, scoring a deflected shot that looped up and over the goalkeeper.

Then within the final 20 minutes, Chelsea Graham, Danelle Habegger, and Esther Bishop all completed the scoring for MBU in a fireworks display of a home win.
