NEW ULM, Minn. -- The Sabercats took their second loss in as many days today, falling 55-80 in Minnesota at Martin Luther College.
Callie Morrison hit a season-best 29 points for her fourth consecutive game in 20 points, and Katelyn Morrison pitched in 13 points of her own in the loss.

STORY
Martin Luther grabbed an early lead and that was the story for the remainder of the night. The Knights grabbed 11 offensive rebounds in the first quarter and held an 18-12 lead after 10 minutes, holding Maranatha to just 24 first-half points while looking deep, balanced, and eager.
Maranatha came out with their strongest performance of the night in the third quarter, putting up 20 points as a team. Callie scored 10 points, Katelyn and Laura Brown put up four points apiece, and Jillian Brown pitched in two. But the Knights answered with 23 points, pushing their resolve to new levels. As the fourth quarter wound down, the Knights extended their lead to 25 to finish the job, handing Maranatha their fourth straight loss.
