Sabercats Combative in OT Loss to Wisconsin Lutheran

WATERTOWN, Wis. - It was a thrilling and drizzly matchup between the Sabercats and the Warriors of Wisconsin Lutheran College, as the visitors won the game in overtime 2-1. Wira Wama scored his 10th goal of the season in what was a definitive "tale of two halves".

Coach Pill's Quotes

"I thought this was the best game of the year in terms of overall performance. Even though it was very disappointing to lose the game in overtime the way we did, there is nothing but positives that come out of this day. We played with focused intensity, passion, and our pressing was quite effective. So we have had two good games in a row and we look forward to continuing our energy and excitement as we head to Chicago for another tough game on Tuesday."
