Eight Sabercats Earn All-AD3I Honors
OVERLAND PARK, Kan. -- The Association of Division III Independents have released the 2018 Baseball and Softball All-Independent teams, and eight Sabercats have made the cut, as voted on by AD3I members.
Tina Kolinski earned 1st Team honors for the third consecutive year. The senior becomes just the fifth student-athlete from Maranatha to earn 1st-Team honors for three years or more since MBU joined the AD3I for the 2013-14 season.
Kolinski was joined on the first team by Jordan Garrison (AD3I 1st Team pick in 2015) and Ryan Hempel, who marked his rookie season with 1st-Team honors.
Elijah May, Megan Rasmussen, Micah Shepard, and Taylor Thome all earned a 2nd-Team placement.
