North Region Selections Announced
ANKENY, Iowa -- The NCCAA North Region announced its all-region basketball selections, and eight Sabercats have been voted as the best in the region by region participants.
The awards were determined by a vote of the regional coaches and were announced at the various regional banquets, which took place last night and this morning.
Stephen Wilkerson and Callie Morrison highlighted the awards with 1st-Team honors, and six other Sabercats earned all-region recognition. Wilkerson and Morrison are now eligible for NCCAA All-American honors, which will be announced at the upcoming NCCAA DII National Tournament, March 11-13.
