#1 Providence University College (15-11 Overall, 4-0 North Region)

The Pilots are typically an unknown factor entering the tournament, and this year is no different. Last year, the Pilots faced the Sabercats in the North Region Championship but fell short by 11 points. That meeting was the first-ever matchup between the two teams.

The Pilots will open play in tomorrow's 2:00 p.m. semifinal against the Calvary/Central winner.

#2 Maranatha Baptist University (17-3 Overall, 3-0 North Region)

The Sabercats are not only the defending champions but are the perennial powerhouse of the North Region. Since 2010, Maranatha has taken home eight of the 10 championships, and they will settle for nothing less than the title this year.

The Sabercats open play in tomorrow's 6:00 p.m. semifinal against the Emmaus/Trinity winner.

#3 Emmaus Bible College (15-7 Overall, 6-2 North Region)

The Eagles are fresh off of an MCCC Conference Championship, and they enter the tournament having won 10 of their last 11 games. The Eagles have just recently emerged as a regional contender, and they will look to add their second regional title in the last three seasons.

The Eagles open play in the first round tonight at 6:00 p.m. against Trinity.

#4 Calvary University (16-9 Overall, 4-3 North Region)

The Warriors will look to make some noise in this year's tournament after falling in the semifinals last year. Calvary has enjoyed a winning record this season and will face a familiar opponent in the first round - Central Christian. The Warriors defeated the Saints twice already this season, scoring 109 points in the first fixture.

The Warriors open play today at 2:00 p.m. against Central.

#5 Central Christian College of the Bible (10-16 Overall, 1-5 North Region)

The Saints are the new team in the region this year and will look to ride the "underdog" momentum. The Saints have struggled against North Region teams this season, and as the #5 seed, they have nothing to lose.

The Saints open play today at 2:00 p.m. against Calvary.

#6 Trinity Bible College (6-16 Overall, 1-3 North Region)

The Lions are the tournament hosts, so they will look to make the most of that home-court advantage. Last year, the Lions lost in the first round to Calvary University, so they will be looking to grab at least one more bonus game this season.

The Lions open play tonight at 6:00 p.m. against Emmaus.
