WATERTOWN, Wis. -- Regina DeLozier and Jeff Pill have been voted by their peers as the NCCAA North Region coaches of the year.

The coaching duo from Maranatha have had exceptional seasons, even in their own standards.

DeLozier has led the Sabercats Women's Volleyball Team to a 20-4 season, which included two winning streaks of nine straight matches. During the regular season, the Sabercats were a perfect 4-0 against NCCAA regional opponents, picking up sweeps of Faith, Emmaus (twice), and Moody.

To cap things off, the Sabercats posted big NCAA DIII wins over Wisconsin-Superior, Beloit, and Simpson at the Warrior Invitational last weekend to secure their first 20-win regular season since 2014 and the fourth 20-win regular season since 2000.

Pill saw Sabercats Men's Soccer Team to their first above-.500 season since 2014, as the Sabercats finished the regular season at 8-6-2. The Sabercats have been in the NCCAA Top 10 rankings for the entire season and currently sit at 6th place in the NCCAA Power Ratings.

Maranatha has outscored their opponents 34-20 this season, finishing the regular season at 6-1-0 against NCCAA competition.

Pill earned NCCAA DII National Coach of the Year honors in 2014 when the Sabercats won their first-ever NCCAA DII national title. DeLozier earned the national honor in 2017 and followed it up by being named as the AVCA Coach of the Year for the NCCAA DI and DII.
